EXHIBIT BOOTH SET-UP:

• Friday, January 17th, from 8:00 a.m. to Noon. (First lecture begins at 1:00 PM)

SHOW DATES & HOURS:

Friday, January 17– Saturday, January 18, 2025

• Friday: 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

BOOTH PRICES:

• Standard booth space $400

• $500  if booked after January 10th

HOW TO REGISTER AS AN EXHIBITOR:    

• ​Register Online with a Credit Card or Download the Exhibit Contract and mail with full payment to Alamo City Coaches Clinic, 30801 Beck Road, Bulverde, TX 78163.

• Booths are assigned in the order that the contracts and full payment are received. Booth location will be given at check-in. Registration will be limited to 30 booths. The Alamo City Coaches Clinic reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor contract at their discretion.
